Subscription & Cancellation

A ZumiShort subscription gives access to the content and benefits shown on the purchase screen for the selected billing period.

Price and renewal

• The price, currency, billing period and any trial or introductory terms are shown before you confirm payment.
• Recurring plans renew automatically at the displayed interval until cancelled.
• Applicable taxes and final payment details are shown by the payment provider before confirmation.

How to cancel

1. Open ZumiShort and go to the account or subscription area.
2. Select the active subscription and follow the cancellation instructions shown for its payment channel.
3. If cancellation controls are unavailable, email caiml0311@gmail.com before the next renewal. Include your user ID and transaction time.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless the purchase screen or applicable law says otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payment services

Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase. If a separate website checkout is offered, the payment provider is shown there before confirmation. The applicable payment service's terms also apply.

Billing problems

For duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges, see the refund policy and contact support promptly.
